Sainte Society is a St. Louis real estate development studio grounded in the belief that good design should be accessible to all and that the built environment, when approached with intention, can strengthen communities. Its development philosophy begins with stewardship—recognizing the value in the homes, businesses, institutions, and historic building stock communities already possess and thoughtfully reimagining these assets for what comes next.

About Britt Barr

Britt Barr is the founder of Sainte Society, bringing more than five years of commercial real estate experience spanning design, workplace and portfolio strategy, and large-scale real estate planning. Her approach combines design and strategy to recognize a property's potential, respect its context, and create a viable path from vision to occupancy.
 

Britt serves as UrbanPlan Committee Chair for ULI St. Louis and is a LEED Green Associate. She holds an MFA in Interior Design from the New York School of Interior Design and a BA in History from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and is currently pursuing an MBA at Washington University's Olin Business School.
